Since 1998, we have been crafting flavours to create the perfect espresso blend. A modern flavour profile, roasted using traditional methods. For seven months, he roasted and brewed coffee until he achieved that one perfect blend of aromas. Aromas that leave you craving “more”. That also formed the basis for the choice of name. “PIU” means ‘more’, ‘extra’ in Italian. Everything points to the important role that coffee, and espresso in particular, plays in Gallucci’s life. “Everything begins and ends with coffee,” says Gallucci. “Coffee isn’t just part of my life, it is my life.” Or how a genuine love for your product contributes to an authentic success story.
